Welcome to the website of the Syracuse Regional Church of Christ. We are a group of imperfect people who are doing our best to live the life Jesus calls us to. We want to know Him and make Him known!
We invite you to come learn and grow with us. It's our hope that if you do visit you will see our love for God and our love for each other. That you will feel welcome and safe to come as you are and to experience the transforming power of God's love and mercy in Jesus Christ!
May God bless your every effort to draw nearer to Him. Please let us know how we can help.

Encouraging Fall/Winter Report
September was a month for new beginnings.   We had our first Bible Talk with the new disciples on campus.   We had our first discipleship meetings together and we had our first game night at the Armstrong’s house.  We had a lot of visitors come out to everything and started some great friendships!       October was a big month for the SRCOC as a whole.  In October, nine of us got to go to the first American Leadership Conference in Boston!  While at the conference we were able to meet as a group with Jimmy and Anita Allen and also the men met with Jim Brown on Sunday before the services.  A huge bonus for me personally was that my 14 year old son Nathan ended up coming with me and attending his first conference ever.  We had such a good time and learned so much!
In October we were also excited to see Shevaughan Murchison, a 20 year old biotechnology major at SU, baptized into Christ by our campus intern Chanelle Peart.  Chanelle met her and they became great friends as they studied the Bible together.  It was a very joyful baptism as she had already become dear to the church and she shared a tear filled testimony before getting into the water.
Also, In October our campus people attended the campus retreat in CT sponsored by the NY and NE churches.  One of the more encouraging things about that was we had a visitor bring a visitor to the event as well as our members!
In November, we saw another joyful restoration like we saw in June with Jesse.  Kristin was restored and the church celebrated and much healing took place.  It is so encouraging the way God reconciles and brings us together!
More encouragement came in November as our little group collected $1188 to contribute to HOPE Worldwide for the International Day of Giving. That same day we also collected enough food to fill 8 Thanksgiving baskets and contribute them to a local charity.  I am very proud of the church for this.
Finally, in December we are celebrating early.  Yes, Christmas is coming but before that we already had a brother move to Syracuse to become part of our family.  We had been praying for weeks and weeks for all to go smoothly for our brother Ed Francis and his move to the Cuse’ from Albany.  God answered, and the move went well, and we had a great fellowship with Ed after his first Sunday service with us!  Welcome to the SRCOC family Ed:)
